I first started mixing records approximately 5 years ago, mainly as a hobby but slowly over time my passion for mixing and everything that follows has evolved to the point where I am now playing tunes weekly, sometimes up to 4 gigs a week!

My first ‘professional’ gig happened by total chance; I was working at Flanagans in Frankston behind the bar when the manager of the 21st nightclub asked if I could play closing set in the trance room that night! I was completely stoked to be asked and from that moment on I was completely hooked! I’ve always had a deep respect and passion for dance music and my djing is an extension of that love.

I’ve been very fortunate to play most of the big clubs on the Mornington Peninsula. Venues I’ve played at include Cruze Nightclub Mornington (current Saturday night resident), Daveys Bar & Restaurant Frankston (regularly play main room guest spots), Twentyfirst Nightclub Frankston (held a residency at “Subsdance” - the trance room), Grand Hotel Frankston, Flanagans Frankston (regular guest spots), Bay Hotel Mornington, as well as the Continental Hotel Sorrento. I also regularly play on Melbourne’s KISS FM (87.6, 87.8, 87.9FM)! I’ve supported local bands like Crave, Dr. Nick, Olly & Scuzzi and Hysteria. I’ve also played alongside DJs such as Ivan Gough (TV Rock), James Ash (Rogue Traders) Nik Fish (Australia’s #2 DJ), Scott Alert (Hard Kandy) and a host of others!

In the clubs I play mainly house and rnb, but I’ve developed a very strong love of funky, bangin’ electro.

My inspirations are wide and varied; I really dig big name trance djs like Eddie Halliwell (technically unbelieveable), Armin Van Buuren and Sean Tyas. Locally DJs like Grant Smillie, Ivan Gough and James Ash are my favourites.

Plans for the future include playing more gigs and enjoying life!
